Our 47-year-old patient sought to enhance her silhouette with a combination of breast augmentation and a vertical breast lift. Initially a size B, she desired a fuller profile while also addressing sagging that often comes with age and life changes. To achieve her goals, we utilized highly cohesive gel implants from Ideal, known for their natural feel and durability. Each implant was carefully selected at 400cc to elevate her to a size D, complementing her physique beautifully. The implants were placed subglandularly through inframammary incisions, which are discreetly hidden under the breast fold. The vertical lift technique not only elevated the breast position but also improved shape and symmetry, giving a rejuvenated and youthful appearance.
