Our 45-year-old patient sought to enhance her breast profile and achieve a fuller, more youthful appearance. She underwent a Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift, transitioning from a pre-operative B cup to a post-operative E cup. The augmentation was performed using 400cc Mentor Silicone Gel implants, renowned for their safety and natural feel. These implants were placed subglandularly through a transaxillary incision, which is less common and chosen for its discreet scar placement under the arm. Additionally, a crescent breast lift technique was utilized to subtly raise and reshape the breast, complementing the augmentation for a balanced and rejuvenated result.
